Dwayne responded promptly to my Angi's request and was able to get to my residence within 36 hours of my initial request. This was amazing response for an A/C repair service in the middle of a heatwave! (Others companies couldn't schedule me for 7-20 days, and another highly rated Angi's referral led me on twice, then didn't show up or follow up...). Dwayne was on time, courteous and wore his mask (COVID-19 protocol) without being asked. He did a thorough inspection and measurement of my system from roof condenser unit to thermostat to indoor air handler/coil. Sadly, after 2.5 hours of meticulous inspections and measurements we determined that it's not worth fixing my system- it's already 12 years old- and it would be prohibitively expensive. So, he's planning to send me estimates to install a new, more powerful and more efficient system. He was honest, thorough, experienced and seemed incredibly well informed, so I'm inclined to seriously consider him for a new system install. He bills hourly with no half hour pro-rating, so I had to pay a full 3 hour fee to essentially determine that my system wasn't worth fixing. That hurt, but it was ultimately better than throwing more money towards repairing a leaking, polluting system that likely won't last much longer.

He is very reliable and very good at what he does.

Highly recommended for maintenance of your AC units yearly. Because the price was excellent we're buying and installing new units. Response time was excellent and ontime. I'm still waiting on the other companies to reply to me and they never did. This company is on point in all aspects. HIGHLY recommend!!!

They really stand behind their products, even after the warranty expires. Whenever there is an issue they show up and get it repaired quickly. They help troubleshoot and solve issues and don't just push you into new units. The factory rep came to inspect the install and said they did an amazing job.

Dwayne installed the split AC system in my home. It's a was a fairy big install, with 3 outdoor units and 7 indoor units. He helped us choose the system that fit our requirements and timed the installation to our remodeling project. I could not be happier with the result.
Dwayne has been back to fix a leak in the drain line in the wall a couple of years later and did a really impressive job of patching the hose without the need to remove a lot of sheet rock. He's also fixed the AC for my coworker in an emergency situation.

We had a central air conditioning system that was installed when we renovated our house and for 4 or 5 years we had issues every Spring/Summer when we used it. We had several companies look at the air conditioning system and spent a lot of money and the problems (we had water damage several times in our house) kept happening until my neighbor recommended Dwayne. It took Dwayne 2 or 3 days to remove the old system and installed new with new safety precautions to avoid water damage and he even stayed the first day until midnight. Now my central air conditioning system is colder and no more leaks...thanks so much Dwayne...you are the best!

Dwayne has been installing and servicing our air conditioning system for the last 10 years. Initially he helped us out when the installer of our original system went dark on us when it came to servicing. Since then he's installed and modified additional units as we renovated and I honestly can't say enough good things about his service. Five stars!

Dwayne replaced and installed 2 PTAC units in my home - he was very responsive throughout the process and provided excellent and efficient service. I have dealt with several other companies for both servicing and replacement of the PTAC units over the years, and Climate Change Mechanical was easily the most helpful, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

He can give advice about different brands and products. His prices are fair. He was punctual, responsive and reliable.
